On August 10, 2022, the National Center for Civic Education (NCCE) launched a public awareness campaign to explain the function of a member of parliament in selling women in select markets in the districts. The intention was to remove the myth that the legislature has a single function, make clear what the people must do, and hold these duty-bearers accountable.
In an effort to promote development in the district, the operational team gathered everyone together and urged them to present a united front.
