In an effort to improve upon Health delivery in the District, the Bosome Freho District Assembly in corroboration with the District Health Directorate and Dompa community facilitated the construction of CHPs compound at Dompa to boost health care delivery at the Electoral Area. Likewise provision of medical equipment to three (3) communities (Nsuaem II, Dompa and Asiwa CHPs compound) by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint was also commissioned and distributed. Various equipment’s distributed include: Semi-automated chemistry analyzer (set), Centrifuge, Microscope, Fridge/Blood bank refrigeration (198/16), Hot plate, Electrophoreses unit, Sickling powder (container), Air condition, Laptop or Desktop computer/printer, Ultrasound scan machine with printer.
Among the dignitaries invited to grace the occasion were: Hon. Yaw Danso (District Chief Executive , Bosome Freho District), Dr. Anthony Nsia Asare (Special Advisor on Health at the Presidency), Dr. Tinkorang (Ashanti Regional Director of Health) etc.
