The Bosome Freho District edition of the National Prayer and Thanksgiving Service was held on Tuesday, 1st July, 2025, at the forecourt of the Asiwa Presbyterian Church-Asiwa. The event brought together a diverse group of participants, including clergy, Muslim leaders, traditional authorities, and community members, to offer prayers and thanksgiving for peace, unity, and national development.
The District Coordinating Director outlined the purpose of the gathering, stressing the need for divine guidance and national gratitude in times of challenge and progress. The District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Charles Appiah-Kubi, delivered a brief address, urging all participants to promote unity and peaceful coexistence among people of different religious and cultural backgrounds for the holistic development of the district and the nation at large.
The program featured scripture readings, interfaith prayers, and inspiring messages that highlighted the importance of national cohesion and shared values.
