The Bosome Freho District Assembly held its first staff meeting of the year on Thursday, 12th June 2025. The meeting was convened to officially introduce the newly appointed District Chief Executive, Hon. Charles Appiah-Kubi, and the District Coordinating Director, Michael Agyei (Esq.), to the staff. It also provided an opportunity for staff to raise concerns and discuss departmental challenges. The engagement aimed to promote effective communication and improve overall job performance within the Assembly.
In his opening address, the District Chief Executive (DCE) expressed his appreciation to the staff for their dedication and hard work. He assured them that his doors are always open to address their concerns and encouraged all staff to work collaboratively with him to achieve shared goals.
The DCE took time to address the various concerns raised during the meeting and pledged to work hand-in-hand with the staff to ensure improved service delivery and a supportive working environment.
The District Coordinating Director (DCD), Mr. Michael Agyei (Esq.), also addressed some of the issues and concerns raised by staff. He assured staff of management’s commitment to creating a conducive working environment and encouraged all departments to collaborate and support one another. He further urged staff to remain professional, results-oriented, and proactive in their respective roles to enhance service delivery and support the vision of the new leadership.

Conclusion
The meeting marked a significant step in strengthening internal relations and setting the tone for collaborative work under the new leadership. It reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to addressing staff concerns and enhancing efficiency in service delivery.
