Performance Contract and Staff Appraisal Training was held on November 4, 2022 in the Assembly Hall with the goal of educating participants on performance contracting in their respective departments/units. Seventy-five (75) participants, including heads of departments or units, managers, and staff members involved in performance management, were targeted by the program, which was organized by Time Lobbying Consult.
Conclusion:
The training in Performance Contract provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of the concept, process, and implementation of performance contracting in organizations. Participants gained practical skills in setting performance targets, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and evaluating performance. The training encouraged a collaborative and results-oriented approach to performance management, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving organizational goals.
