On Friday 24th August, 2023, the District Chief Executive for Bosome Freho, Hon. Kofi Adu Amoateng handed over Six Hundred (600) Mono Desks to the District Director of Education at the forecourt of the Assembly.
Accordingly, the Hon. DCE appeals to the District Director of Education to ensure that the desk is distributed to schools with shortages and the newly built schools. He assures him that the Assembly will continue to support the directorate to improve teaching and learning.
After receiving the items, the DDE thanked the Assembly for supporting the directorate with six hundred mono desks and promised to disburse them to the appropriate schools as directed.
The DCE seized the opportunity and remarked that his administration would take a keen interest in uplifting education in the district.
The short ceremony was witnessed by the District Police Commander, the District Education Director, his staff, and other heads of the Bosome Freho District Assembly department and unit.
